Due this event's COVID-19 precautions, we are only able to send a limited number of photographers.
Please read the following changes to our normal processes before making your reservation:
- On the form, enter each athlete's events in your order of preference.
- After the meet is seeded on Sunday, January 17, we will attempt to accommodate each athlete's first preferred event.
- If availability remains, we will attempt to accommodate additional event reservations.
- All customers will be notified before the start of the event as to which event reservation(s) we were able to accommodate.
- Refunds will be issued immediately for any reservations we were unable to accommodate.

Full-resolution digital downloads of your entire event, plus a print release.
$55 (+$15 per additional swimmer)

Quick Details
- All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ll email you before the start of the meet to confirm your race reservations.
- To make sure we don’t miss your swimmer, we photograph all swimmers on every relay.
On-site sign-ups (including event-reservation-only orders and composite prepays) will also be available in the main concourse!We’re currently unable to offer on-site sign-ups due to COVID-19 restrictions.- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee—if for any reason you don’t love your photos, we’ll issue a full refund.
Digital downloads are priced at $55 for the first swimmer in each family plus $15 for each additional swimmer.
Sample orders
1. A family with one swimmer swimming in two races:
Digital downloads: $55
Event reservations: $12.50 * 2 = $25
Total: $80
2. A family with two swimmers each swimming in one race:
Digital downloads: $55 + $15 = $70
Event reservations: $12.50 * 2 = $25
Total: $95
What do I get when I order digital downloads?
We’ll prepare a ZIP file (almost any computer can open this file type) of all your full resolution files (as JPEG files). You may download this ZIP file as many times as you like for ten days. You’ll need to contact us if you need to download your photos again after ten days pass.
Can I print my files? Share them online?
Yes and yes! You can do anything with your photos that you could do with digital photos you took yourself. We can also send you a print release with your photos in case a lab you use requires one.
Will my photos have a watermark?
Nope!
How do I order prints?
You can order prints from within your gallery. Click the blue “Buy” button located above the large photo on the right side of the screen. From there, you can select your print size, crop your photos, add more photos to your cart, and check out securely through SmugMug, the company that provides our photo hosting and printing.
I need help with a print order.
